Our Church and Our Pastor
God designed His church to grow through faithful leadership and the willing cooperation of its members. Pastors are entrusted with shepherding God's people, while believers are called to respond with respect, obedience to biblical teaching, and a shared commitment to the work of the Gospel. Together, they serve under the authority of Christ, the true Head of the Church.
“Shepherd the flock of God among you, exercising oversight not under compulsion, but voluntarily, according to the will of God.” 1 Peter 5:2 (NASB)
Reflection: A healthy church is strengthened when pastors lead faithfully and members respond with humility, unity, and love. How are we fulfilling our responsibility to one another so that our church reflects Christ and accomplishes His purpose?

Nuestra iglesia y nuestro pastor
