The new City Plan Adoption Agency in Carrolltown is happy to announce our open slots for potential adoptive families! Call us at (814) 344-5946 to ask questions or schedule an appointment. We have limited openings available.

We are so excited about offering this new service to this region where babies can be placed in permanent loving families. If anyone you know is faced with an unexpected pregnancy and not sure they can keep the baby, please connect them with our caring staff at the agency. We would be happy to speak with them.
