Carpe Diem Ministries, Inc. Carpe Diem is Latin for “Seize the Day”.

Carpe Diem’s Mission is to seek and save the lost. People need the Lord. Carpe Diem is taking the gospel of Christ to people in this world. The evangelical nature of Carpe Diem r

eaches out to the lost where they are. Carpe Diem has a prison ministry to reach those who are bound by law to a jail cell, a recovery outreach to speak and minister to those bound by addictions and an e-ministry to reach people captive to their electronic devices :-). THE VISION

2 Corinthians 4:3-4 (KJV) – But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. Carpe Diem sees the future of this world as bleak and uncertain. The Living Water that flows through Carpe Diem is unlimited. There is enough Love for everyone in the World and Carpe Diem will be a distribution channel of Love. There is no limit to the grandiosity of Carpe Diem’s outreach and vision. THE DIRECTOR

Carpe Diem belongs to God. Jehovah Jireh directs the path of Carpe Diem. He opens the doors for this ministry and provides the means for its success. Carpe Diem Ministries is a non-profit organization formed in accordance with the corporate laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Carpe Diem Ministry is a vision God gave to me, the author of this website and registered Director of the legal organization. I am Chad DeLay, a Christian, a father of two children, a minister of the good news that Jesus died on a cross so that you may have Eternal Life. Carpe Diem was going to be mostly about me and how God saved my life from a destructive path and certain death. When I formed this ministry, God peacefully and bluntly told me that it is never about me. All that God has done in my life is to bring Glory to the Father. All that Carpe Diem is going to do will bring Glory to the Father. John 14:31 (KJV) – But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. We invite Peace to reign when we welcome Jesus into a situation. There is often work to do in order to bring Peace. We need to keep our environment clean and organized. The synonyms of "organize" are words like "create", "form" and "establish".

Chaos and destruction are not of Peace. In times of chaos, we must find the source of chaos and altar it. Big bats and guns are often called peacemakers. Neither guns nor bats will be called children of God. The Bible teaches that making peace is not done with violence. Peace is made with kindness and charity.

Life in the world has extraneous forces working against peace. Storms bring destruction and chaos. Natural disasters and manmade disasters have to be dealt with or they will grow in lawlessness and collapse whole civilizations.

The source of chaos and calamity can be removed from our environment; either by changing the source or moving it. Change or movement requires us to act. Love and kindness are actions that change your environment.

We can have Peace within ourselves by inviting Jesus to live in our heart and walking in the New Life that He gives us. Peacemakers also produce Peace in this physical life we live together.

Working to keep order in our community brings peace. Working to clean up communities brings peace. Working as unto the Lord brings peace.
