Yesterday, we decided to have a little fun with Pastor Jonathan by showing up in shirts with his face on them and some of his most iconic quotes. 🤣 Let’s just say he’s officially made it to celebrity status around here!

But underneath all the jokes, laughter, and questionable fashion choices, there’s a whole lot of love and gratitude. ❤️

We are SO thankful for a pastor like Jonathan. A pastor who loves the Lord, loves people, and faithfully serves the church. We’re grateful for his heart, his leadership, his humor, and the way he pours into the people God has entrusted to him.

Pastor appreciation isn’t just about one day or a funny T-shirt. It’s about being thankful for the calling, the sacrifice, and the heart behind the man.

We love you, Pastor Jonathan! Thanks for being a good sport and for being YOU! 😂❤️

What a wonderful Pastors appreciation!

Thank you, Joshua, for being obedient to the leading of the Holy Spirit this morning and reminding us of something so simple, yet so easy to forget: to just be with the Lord.

In the middle of the serving, the planning, the doing, and even the good things we do in His name, may we never forget that it all begins with Him. It’s all for Him and through Him and to Him. (Romans 11:36)

God isn’t just after what we can do for Him. He desires US. Our hearts. Our time. Our attention. Our fellowship. He wants us to know Him deeply and to commune with Him daily, not just work for Him, but walk with Him.

May we never become so busy doing things for Jesus that we forget to simply sit at His feet. Before we are called to do anything for Him, we are invited to be with Him. ❤️

Thank you for allowing the Holy Spirit to lead and for pointing us back to the heart of the Father this morning!

We are so excited to welcome Joshua Lively as our special guest this Sunday! 🙌

Joshua is a worship leader with a deep desire to pursue the heart of God and call others into a life of intimacy with the Father. With over 15 years of pursuing Jesus and serving in full-time ministry, Joshua has traveled throughout the United States and internationally, serving alongside ministries such as The Ramp, Eddie James, Leonard Jones, and Circuit Riders.

He is the founder of Abide Ministries and serves alongside his wife, Elizabeth, and their son, Samuel, at Starview House of Prayer in Marshallville, Ohio.

We are so excited to officially welcome some of our newest members of Freedom Point Church! ❤️

These incredible people have already been part of our church family for some time, but recently they took the next step and made the commitment to officially become members.

Membership isn’t just about a name on a list—it’s about belonging, serving, growing, and doing life together as the body of Christ. We are so thankful for each of you and the gifts, hearts, and stories you bring to our church family.

PUTTING THINGS TO DEATH 🔥

What a powerful morning at Freedom Point Church!

Today we walked through John 2:12–25, where Jesus entered the temple and turned over the tables. He wasn’t interested in simply making the temple look better—He came to cleanse it.

God calls us to do the same thing in our own lives.

Following Jesus isn’t just about adding something new. Sometimes it means putting something to death.

The habits. The distractions. The pride. The compromise. The sin. The things we’ve allowed to take up space where only Jesus should be.

🔥 What needs to be cleared out?
🔥 What needs to die so Christ can have greater room in us?

We were reminded today that Jesus doesn’t want to simply visit the temple—He wants His rightful place in it.

What a powerful reminder that true transformation requires us to surrender the things that keep us from fully following Him.

Don’t just attend church. Be the church

Tonight was extra special because we had the opportunity to open our home and our table to some of our newest members of Freedom Point Church.

We believe church is more than gathering on Sunday mornings—it’s about doing life together, building relationships, growing in Christ, and making disciples. What a blessing it was to sit around our table, get to know one another, answer questions, share our hearts, and dream about the future of Freedom Point.

We are SO excited about what God is doing and where He is taking this church! 🙌🏼 We’re grateful for every person God has brought through our doors and honored to walk alongside them as we grow together.

Our home is your home. Our table is your table. And we’re just getting started. ❤️
