Pastor Sharon may be out of town, but church is still happening. Rev. Buster Beatty preached February 2 and will minister on the 9th also. Kids are busy making Pinewood Derby cars on Sunday afternoons from 3-5 PM in Royal Rangers and Girls Ministries.

We had about 70 persons present for Sunday service on the 22nd We picked up some presents from Scottsdale Rock Church Saturday and between gifts from there, from Bell Road Church and Arista Home Health we blessed every child and teen in Carrizo. We also had 20 turkeys for adults. We delivered the gifts for those who were not present.

Royal Ranger friends from Bell Road Church in Phoenix installed 1 playground piece and dug holes and poured cement for 2 other pieces. The pastors (the Rintas) and another family brought presents for kids that we will give out on Sunday the 22nd. The men will come back in January to finish installing the two spring riders. Thank you Intercultural Ministries and Bell Road Church. Your expressions of love and your time and labor are appreciated. We have a small church but we are enjoying our Christmas services. The kids have a part in the services every week. We practice on Sunday mornings and during Royal Rangers and Girls Ministries.We are enjoying decorating a Jesse tree more each week and taking home decorations and devotional for Jesse trees decorations on trees at home.

We probably have 10 to 20 new kids since putting in the two playground pieces donated by U.S. missionary to children Terry William's and installed by the Ohio missions team. Today I just found out that Intercultural Ministries will be sending a check for 3 more pieces, a horizontal ladder jungle gym and 2 spring loaded riding toys for the little kids. PTL! Now we pray they will arrive and be installed before winter weather hits. We will also need installers and people to put in the safety surface rubber mulch.

More pictures from the outreach weekend including 2 from the Celebration of Life service. 1st picture show Jonathan Veliz ministering. You can also see Joyce Lupe and her husband. Joyce ministered in leading congregational worship and in special songs. You can see more of the workday activities including tree trimming, staining the playground to waterproof it, and treating the playground and entire church property for bugs and rodents.

Rock Church's most recent outreach weekend House to house visitation by the Anthem Church team before a Celebration of Life Service and lunch. Work on the playground and replacing a toilet, cleaning the church and grounds, trimming trees. We were blessed by all of it. Two awesome services in 2 days and lots of practical ministry. Thanks to Pastor Jonathan and the entire outreach team.

This weekend was something new for Carrizo Apache Assembly of God. We started the weekend with 5 girls, 2 boys, and 3 adult leaders from Carrizo camped in Linden Friday evening through Sunday morning along with kids from Show Low and the American Indian Christian Mission School. Sunday afternoon we had an outdoor service at the home of a member from our church who has been unable to attend church for almost a year due to health reasons. The Beach Family led worship. The family served Indian Tacos to extend their thanks.
