Once we stop massaging people and instead become THE Church we lose some "Super Saints"
"Feed me! Feed me! Feed me!" they cry as they run around and visit the next event or showy "move" that is drawing crowds.
Real Christianity involves BEING the Church. BE THE CHURCH my precious friend! May we stop getting our spiritual pedicures and manicures and spa experiences and BE THE CHURCH! Oh God, may we please CHANGE! Free us to be us oh God!
When is the last time you climbed into the gutters of life and rescued someone? When was the last time you bought someone a steak for lunch or even a simple cup of coffee and invaded their life with HOPE!
Father help us to get back to our foundational roots and to cut out the fluff, the show.
How many are the lost that I have lifted and rescued from their trip towards an eternal...think of it...eternal Hell?
Forgive me God! Get me out of myself! Get me out of my whining about who overlooked me, who forgot me, who walked out on me, what I've been through and how hurting I am. Lord, may I BE THE CHURCH!
