What a fun group of teens! Youth Ministry enjoyed the evening bowling tonight at V&H in Breese. One of the many benefits of service work is that we also get to have fun together too! It was great seeing them cheer each other on!

This energetic group of teens had a busy day yesterday and made lots others very happy! They assisted with breakfast at the KC hall all morning and then with the parish picnic in the afternoon. These teens are Gods proof that there is still so much good in our world!

Busy week for St. Mary’s Youth Ministry teens. We had our first summer co-Ed softball game tonight against Albers/Damiansville. Sunday evening we had a YM meeting, discussed summer plans including our annual trip to Holiday World later this month and summer softball. Finished the evening with a fun game of wiffle ball and some good sweet treats.

Youth Ministry welcomes high school age teens to join in at any time!

😊 Youth Ministry meeting this Sunday May 15th from 7 pm to 8 pm at St. Mary’s conference room. We will be talking about our June 28 trip to Holiday World and we will need a count for a softball team for this summer!!! Look forward to seeing everyone!

Happy Easter! Thanks Youth Ministry teens for the fun egg hunt after mass this morning! Your effort helped to make the day even more special for many kids and we couldn’t do it without you. What an awesome group!!

Youth Ministry meeting tonight was full of good conversation and fun. We filled eggs and had our own Easter Egg hunt. We even got a visit from Fr. George tonight too!

Close game against Bartelso, but we lost by 2. They played hard and had tons of fun. Let’s do it again next Sunday!

We had an exciting Basketball game against Breese yesterday! Aviston and Carlyle merged teams and doubled the fun!

Youth Ministry’s Christmas party was this past Sunday. The night started with some service work, labeling books to assist Father. We then played a game and decorated cookies and pretzels. Youth were encouraged to share a plate of cookies with a friend or family member. Everyone seemed to have a good time!

Happy Thanksgiving, we are so blessed to have great youth at St. Mary’s! These teens unboxed, added the Advent song into the new books and placed the new books in the benches last night. Many hands really does make light work!
