I’m happy to announce this year’s recipient of the Johanna Roberts Scholarship. This is our first from Maywood, Zuri Thorn! She will be attending the University of Houston
Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and Design.

On this Trinity Sunday, as we celebrate the mystery and doctrine of the Holy Trinity, we also give thanks for those who have recently joined our church family through membership. We warmly welcome our newest members and rejoice in the continued growth of our congregation. Their presence strengthens our fellowship and reflects God’s ongoing work within our church community. We are grateful for the opportunity to worship, serve, and grow together in faith as one family in Christ.

I will have a table at the Street Fair!!! Our Church Pantry is in need of food items, monetary donations, and gift cards!! We are coming up into our slow season (summer) which the demand is higher for food since kids are home!!! A list of items; pb&j, tuna, spam, Mac & cheese, pasta, jarred sauce, kids snacks, juice, beets, white beans, rice, cereals especially Honey Nut Cheerios, kids cereals, complete pancake mix, syrup, and toiletries! ANYTHING will help! Thank you from my ❤️ for your continued support so we can help the food insecurity in our area!
