Did you know Shadow Mountain Community Church now has a “North County Campus” in Carlsbad?

Dr. David Jeremiah is the senior pastor. We join the main campus via livestream.

You get to be part of a huge, vibrant church while enjoying the benefits of a smaller loving congregation where everyone knows everybody. It’s the best!

We also have weekly small groups, women’s Bible studies, Men’s Bible study breakfast (every Friday)!

Kids of all ages are welcome with their own Sunday School.

And you don’t have to drive all the way to El Cajon. 😁

We have had 6 Sundays now in our new location. You are welcome to come visit!

ALSO, this Sunday we are having a fall CHILI COOKOFF right after service is over. Stay for lunch!

If you’d like, you can bring chili for others to sample, but it’s not required!

If you’d like to bring something, it would be helpful if you could RSVP. Thank you!

Just leave a message at 619-201-8655.

We’ll call you right back. Really!

9:30 am - Coffee and doughnuts fellowship
10:00 am- Church Service

NORTH COUNTY CAMPUS CHILI COOKOFF 🌶️🌶️🌶️

Mark your calendars! Our annual Chili Cookoff is October 25, right after the service, in the dining room at our new facility. Feel free to bring friends! Be sure to sign up at the welcome table on Sundays, or call the campus pastor to sign up.

Our campus email this week:

Dear North Campus Family,

I hope you’ve had a great week! I’m excited that Pastor Jeremiah will continue our Esther series this Sunday. Although God is never mentioned by name in Esther, His hand is evident throughout the story—a great conversation starter when inviting friends to church.

PRAYER WALL

Please keep praying for those on our prayer wall. We’re joining you in lifting up these requests to the Lord. Come by the welcome table for some Esther invitation flyers. They even have a map to church on the back.

Dear Encinitas Campus Family,

It was great to hear Pastor Tim from Times Square Church last Sunday. He and Pastor Jeremiah are good friends.

Please remember to send me your hymn requests for our church history celebration on August 23rd. We will have a nice lunch together after church, marvel at all God has done in this place, sing old hymns together, and corporately ask God to be with us as we start meeting at our new location in September. We plan to take all of our current traditions with us, including things like the Chili Cookoff!

“Unless the LORD builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; Unless the LORD guards the city, The watchman stays awake in vain.” Psalm 127:1

See you Sunday at 10:00 AM. Come at 9:45 for doughnuts and coffee. 😉

Dear Encinitas Campus Family,
The summer heat is here and I’m wearing shorts now until September :-). Our small group had a great time reviewing last week’s sermon on Romans 8. We all benefitted. Pastor Jeremiah knows how to pick our guest speakers, for sure. Then, at the Men’s Bible Study on Friday morning, we did a deep dive into “walking in love” from Ephesians 5. It is a great week when we set our mind on his Word together.

Stay tuned as we have a big event coming up in August at the Encinitas Campus More news soon!

See you Sunday at 10:00 AM. Come at 9:45 for doughnuts and coffee. 😉
