The OURC outreach team was out at the Oceanside Sunset Market last night.

The Lord WAS AT WORK through the brothers!
• A demon-possessed Satanist cursing us
• Prayer with an alcoholic
• Lengthy convos w/ multiple LDS people
• Conversations & invitations to church
• Met the owner of the Oceanside Bombers Arena Football League team & looking forward to serving as a chaplain

Join us in praying the seeds planted will be watered and harvested by the Lord!

☀️ Join for a picnic designed to encourage fellowship in a relaxed outdoor setting w/ a beautiful hilltop ocean view. We will share a potluck meal, spend time in the Bible, sing hymns, enjoy outdoor activities together, & hopefully catch a beautiful sunset despite the June gloom weather.

Heard my friend, Rev. Cornelius Johnson, bring the goods to the Oceanside United Reformed Church one last time this morning: “Striving to Enter the Narrow Gate” (Luke 13:22–30)

“Corn” has been with us since about 2022 and is soon to retire from the U.S. Navy where he serves as a chaplain.

He’ll be taking up his next charge as pastor of Trinity Reformed Presbyterian Church in Lanham, MD. This is a very small congregation. Pray for its revitalization!
