PARKING ANNOUNCEMENT – ERBC is currently meeting in the Barnitz Church building temporarily, Sunday morning service beginning promptly at 8:45 am. Parking for Barnitz's 10:30 am service is becoming very tight. We are asking for the good folks of Eagle Ridge to park up further, closer to the Social Hall, in the lot opposite the Barnitz building; especially if you are staying past 10:30 am. Thanks for your help in this matter.
*Prayer Request Cards - available for those who would like to request prayer but cannot attend the prayer time directly after Sunday Service at the Social Hall. Prayer cards will be located on the table at the main entrance. For more information, see Anne
*Jugs for Helping Hearts – there will be jugs in the back at both entrances to the Barnitz Sanctuary for receiving of any funds you may feel led to donate toward helping others in need within our congregation and out in the community.

*** Volunteers are needed for helping to clean the church. For more information see Sandy
*** We still need members willing to supervise or provide lessons and crafts for the children on Sunday mornings. Anyone that would like to volunteer with the children MUST have all of their clearances active and on record with the church. Please contact Cindy to see what is required. Whether you are a teacher or simply willing to supervise the children while they play on the playground, you can be a huge help. If you want to teach, we do have some materials. Please see Pam for questions on what is available.
Please note: If there are not two certified volunteers to be with the children during any given service, the children must remain with the parents in the service.

*** Friday & Saturday, September 11 & 12 – UpRise2026! The annual 2-day outdoor Christian festival/concert at the Shippensburg Fairgrounds, Shippensburg, PA. Three stages are going at a time with Christian artists of varied genres. Just a few already scheduled for this year are: Brandon Lake, Crowder, Ben Fuller, Skillet, Emerson Day, Petra, Band Reeves, and many more. Bring your folding chair or a blanket and kick back on the hill. We plan to have an ERBC group hang-out together &/or wander individually. Christian family atmosphere … music, food, fellowship, kids entertainment, meet & greet, etc. For more information see Cindy

QUESTION: We have the opportunity to set up an outreach at the upcoming “Fields of Praise” faith-based event happening at The Barn Resort in Gettysburg on Saturday, September 5th from 3:00pm to 10:00pm. This post is to ask for input as to thoughts/interest on if we should go ahead and begin the process of reserving a space for this event. It promises to be a huge opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others and also to make known about our church at ERBC. Plus, we can offer our T-shirts and other items in fundraising for ERBC. The cost would be $50 for a 10x10 non-electric space – OR - $65 for a space with electric provided. Set up would take place on the day-of, anytime after 9:00am. The event coordinator has already expressed wonderful interest in having us set up there. In fact, she advises that she will also be reaching out to other churches too for participation.

This is NOT a request for volunteer sign-ups yet. Right now, this post is only to receive your input as to if ERBC feels this would be a good idea to move forward on. For your response, or more information, please comment here or see/email Cindy at
