Paula Joy, Director, Development & Marketing at Baptist Children's Home and Family Services (BCHFS) will be sharing about the services BCHFS offers & how we can be involved in their mission.

BCHFS offers Christ-centered residential and maternity care, counseling, and adoption services aimed at supporting children and families in need.
Their mission is to strengthen families across Illinois by sharing hope in Christ.

This week our Associational Spotlight is on Plainview Baptist Church,
in Plainview, Illinois.

Plainview Baptist Church was founded in 1901.

At the present time, they are without a pastor. However, they are blessed to have several pastors that have been leading their worship services on Sundays.

Prayer requests:
* Loving one another as Christ has loved us & being a witness in our community
* For Plainview Baptist Church to be a Great Commission Church sharing the
gospel. (Matthew 28:18-20)
* Wisdom to be light in this world, & in our own community to push back the
darkness.

Please remember Plainview Baptist Church in your prayers this week that they will continue to be a witness in their community by sharing God's love.

This week we are spotlighting Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Medora.
Mt. Pleasant was established in 1832.

They are blessed to have Randy Brown as their Pastor.
Pastor Randy's prayer requests:

1) That our church would be faithful in carrying out the Great Commission
(Mt. 28:18-20) and the Great Commandment (Mt. 22:37-39).

2) That our church would grow spiritually and physically.

3) That our church would maintain a spirit of unity.

Please pray for Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Pastor Randy & his family as they seek to do God's will in their community. 🙏
