IN 2011, THE REMAINS OF 80 WHALES WERE FOUND IN THE CHILEAN DESERT....

How would whales have become stranded in the middle of a desert? Researchers were quick to explain that it must have happened over a long period of time. However, a more logical explanation is that these whales swam together and were stranded as the waters subsided after Noah's flood. They are found in sedimentary sandstone in the same layers and some of the whales even overlap. Meaning this did not happen over a long stretch of time. They were buried rapidly and preserved, as the skeletons are complete and fossilized.

Today, I’m showing you an article that warns about “Ecumenism.” It’s not that different Christian Denom’s can’t put aside small doctrinal issues and promote the Gospel, but there are people that are clearly past the line, and although they may be likeable, intriguing, and have some wisdom, they are well past “sound” doctrine. Some of these people, not necessarily in this article, I have taught from and I regret it. I should’ve vetted them better. There are likely some real Christian people mixed in with some of these speakers at these “Passion” conferences. Be discerning, and study the scriptures, so you can pick out the “tares from the wheat.” This is doubly concerning because it casts possibly real Christian people in a bad light, and they should be confronting these people instead of standing on the stage with them. We need people that are “Strong in the Lord” to do this. Blessings.

This is a series of brief teachings of comparing what these “leading evangelical leaders” say as opposed to solid doctrine, and how some are heretics now, and others are on the ‘watch list,’ so to speak. This is tough to do because so many of them are very likable, but you must ask yourself who you are going to follow, Jesus Christ or these people’s stained teachings. Churches in this area are reflecting these teachings as well. You need to tactfully rebuke these people when these subjects come up. So….

He has grown Saddleback Community Church exponentially. I remember when he had a bunch of us mid-westerners coming to church with Hawaiian shirts looking like a bunch of brain-washed doofuses (I will concede there is nothing wrong with Hawaiian shirts in church), and I taught out of his book The Purpose Driven Life while at the same time ‘feeling’ like something was off and I couldn’t put my finger on it. I had an OT Professor ask me about it, and he said he preferred a “Spirit” Driven Church. I never forgot that. As time went by, I now know why. It’s part of bad doctrine I’ve already been pointing out:

I’m going to switch up a bit and start getting this study out now. I was hoping some would be willing to meet, but that hasn’t materialized. I am going to further the study of exposing bad doctrines in the church and people associated to them. You will notice some of these themes in these churches around here. Stay away from them. A little leaven goes through the whole bread. These are not minor issues. Let’s start with this study in posting that is practically never discussed anywhere. Does this challenge you? How many people would be comfortable with this message?
