Father Rick's invitation to support vocations and participate in First Friday Eucharistic Adoration and Benediction is renewed (virtually)!
This link should take you to a live broadcasts of the Blessed Sacrament any day, any time, all the time. https://thecatholicme.wordpress.com/2017/01/29/247-live-eucharistic-adoration-stream/
This month, I cannot find a live Eucharistic Benediction, but here is the Pope from March 27th: https://youtu.be/3NEKdhfXtI8 and this is a good one from Boston in 2008 with hymns. https://youtu.be/wr1rAv_XOWk.
Fr. Rick has also asked that we dedicated some time to quite prayer and/or praying the rosary. For Mondays and Saturdays, the Joyful Mysteries: https://youtu.be/cvKWpiVLuRk; For Tuesdays and Fridays, the Sorrowful Mysteries: https://youtu.be/gsY9yaBsgls; for Wednesday and Sundays, the Glorious Mysteries: https://youtu.be/OouX72ADvSA; for Thursday the Luminous Mysteries https://youtu.be/6e3fkgLT30c.
As always, you can continue to support vocations with following prayer:
Lord, You told us "The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few." We pray therefore that the Lord shall provide laborers to send out for His harvest.
We ask You to strengthen us as we follow the vocation to which You have called us. We pray particularly for those called to serve as priests in the Archdiocese of Springfield-Cape Girardeau. We pray for those called to serve as sisters, brothers and deacons.
Father we pray for those whom You have called, those You are calling now, and those You will call in the future. May we be open and responsive to the call of serving your people.
We ask this through Christ, our Lord. Amen
