Sky kids The Kids ministry of Skyline Church.

We believe at CapeKids.
-Children are a gift from God and should be handled with love and care.
-Children are important in the Kingdom of God and Christ died to redeem everyone from sin.
-Christ has called children to follow Him and they can be equipped to serve Christ and others.
-Children deserve a safe, positive, nurturing and age appropriate learning environment that is free of fear, pressure

to “grow up”, or prejudice.
-Children’s Ministry is not babysitting for the Church but is the opportunity for children to have a service tailored to meet their spiritual needs
-That God has appointed parents as the primary religious instructors of their children and the church’s role is to assist in the cooperative effort of that task.
-Successful ministry is the shared responsibility of the children, ministry staff, volunteers, parents and the church body.
-Ministry should be creative, innovative, organized and in touch with the children and families of our community.
-Effective teachers and volunteers are an important component of our ministry.
-Our ministry is most successful when adults serve as positive role models to the children.

Skykids Christmas Play first practice is next Sunday the 15th from 12:30-2:30. If your child tried out, please be sure they are in attendance. We will distribute all parts then and hit the ground running. We cannot wait, there’s still time to join if you couldn’t make it, just let us know and come on Sunday. Please be sure to let us know if your child cannot make it to practice this Sunday, otherwise their part will be cast to another child. Love yall!

What a great turnout we had for our Christmas Play audition. If your child auditioned for a speaking roll for our Christmas play and you didn’t fill out an audition form, please fill out the form(posted on our page) and bring it next Sunday. We will be announcing our casting next Sunday. Hope you all have a great week and we can’t wait to see you next Sunday!
