Not everything sweet is healthy. In the same way, a gospel that removes sin, repentance, the holiness of God, and the necessity of the cross may sound appealing, but it cannot save. A message that promises blessing without holiness, heaven without repentance, or grace without truth is a dangerous distortion of the biblical gospel.

Jesus never diluted the truth to gain followers. He called sinners to repent, deny themselves, take up their cross, and follow Him (Mark 1:15; Luke 9:23). The apostles preached both God's love and His righteous judgment, offering salvation through Christ alone.

The true gospel may offend our pride, but it heals the soul. It exposes our sin so that it can lead us to the Savior. Don't seek a message that merely makes you feel good—seek the gospel that makes you right with God through faith in Jesus Christ.

Was God's plan always centered around a physical temple?

In Acts 7:44–50, Stephen traces Israel's history from the Tabernacle in the wilderness to Solomon's Temple before declaring that "the Most High does not dwell in houses made by human hands."

This message challenges one of the most common misconceptions in modern Christianity: confusing the church with a building instead of the people Christ redeemed.

Worship isn’t for your entertainment.
Preaching isn’t meant to keep you comfortable.

If the singing is about how it makes you feel, you’ve missed the point.
If the preaching never convicts you, it’s not preaching, it’s storytime.

And if the message has to be rushed to fit your schedule, your lunch plans, or your attention span, it’s been stripped of its power.

That’s not God-centered worship.
That’s man-centered religion.
