GOOD FRIDAY MORNING, SOTH CHURCH FAMILY!

We can't wait to see everyone this Sunday! Pastor Dennis will be reflecting on Back to School Sunday and Building Forward while sharing a few additional thoughts about what God has ahead for SOTH.

Building Forward is about much more than buildings. It is about reaching more people, strengthening our church family, and continuing to make an eternal difference in our community. Come worship, fellowship, laugh, and be encouraged as we set our minds on the things above. Why not invite someone to join you?

Tuesday, September 8 at 6:30 PM

Join us for "Go Fish: What Else Have I Missed?" Dinner will be provided.

➡SWAT Back-to-School Prayer and Worship
Wednesday, September 9

Doors open at 6:30 PM, and worship begins at 7:00 PM. Parents are invited to pray over our students and the new school year. Burgers and root b**r floats will be served.

➡SOTH Women September Gathering
Tuesday, September 15 at 6:30 PM

Join us for "Still Being Shaped: Trusting the Potter Through Every Season." Pastor Dennis will share a message alongside special guest Jeanne McMenimen, the artist behind My Cup Overflows Pottery. Through her handcrafted pottery and watercolor art, Jeanne beautifully illustrates how God patiently and purposefully shapes us through every season of life. Dinner will be provided.

Wednesday, September 16 at 6:15 AM

Join us at Startz Cafe for breakfast, fellowship, and a devotional led by Pastor Dennis.

🎒 Join us Sunday, August 23, for a special Back to School Sunday at Shepherd of the Hills!

🙏 During the service, we’ll have a special prayer time for our students, educators and homeschool families as they begin a new school year.

🏗️ We’ll also share a Building Forward Update. After the service, walk the property and hear the latest about where we are and what’s ahead!

🍧 And don’t leave without enjoying a free snow cone!

📍 It’s also Name Tag Sunday! Grab a name tag when you arrive, write your name and where you live, and let’s get to know each other better. Feel free to wear a school spirit shirt, too!

Ladies, join us tomorrow, August 18, at 6:30 PM for SOTH Women’s Fellowship! Come connect, be encouraged, and leave Anchored in Hope. ⚓️

Dinner will include hot dogs with toppings, loaded potato salad, watermelon, chips, brownie bites, and sweet tea. Invite a friend and join us for a wonderful evening together!

Back to School Sunday is almost here! 🎒📚

Join us for a special morning as we pray over our teachers, staff, faculty, and students as they head into a new school year.

We’ll also share an important Building Forward Update—hear where we are, see what’s ahead, ask questions, and have the opportunity to walk the property with us.

And after the service… FREE SNOW CONES! 🍧 We’re looking forward to a great Sunday together at SOTH! ❤️

Our amazing SWAT leadership team had such a fun night bowling and hanging out together! 🎳 We’re so thankful for this dedicated group and for our incredible Youth Minister, Brandon, and his wife, Kirsten. We are truly blessed by the way they love, lead, and invest in our students! 💙
