In loving memory of the late Pastor Robert D. Holmes, Hickory Log Missionary Baptist Church will host our 4th Annual R.D. Holmes Family Fun Day!

Pastor Holmes enjoyed a GOOD TIME with family, GOOD FUN & LAUGHTER, and of course, GOOD FOOD! In his honor, we will continue celebrating his memory every year on the 4th Saturday in September.

📍 EVENT IS FREE & OPEN TO EVERYONE! 📍

12 PM – 4 PM

It is with profound sadness that Hickory Log Missionary Baptist Church announces the transition of our beloved Deaconess Mary Alice “Meme” Pitts.

Deaconess Pitts was a valued and devoted member of the Hickory Log family and a treasured presence throughout the Cherokee County community. Her faithfulness, service, love, and dedication have left an indelible mark on our church and on the many lives she touched.

We extend our heartfelt love, prayers, and deepest condolences to the Pitts family and all who loved her during this time of bereavement.
