God knows how much we long for his affirmation and how difficult it can be for us to accept it. But he wants us to learn to see ourselves and others through grace. Looking through the eyes of grace, we can focus more on what is good and right then on what is bad and wrong?

The more frequently we think and praise him for all, he’s done, the more joyful our life will be. So be on the lookout for things that fuel your gratitude.

Ponder, this glorious truth: Christ is alive with in us! Just as sap flows from a vine hrough its branches, so his spirit flows through us.

His kingdom is not of this world; it is indestructible and eternal. Remember that you are a part of his kingdom of everlasting life and light.

An excellent way to delight greatly in God is to exult in his righteousness, which he has lovingly bestowed on us. This robe of righteousness covers us perfectly and forever. He wants you to find pleasure in him and his word, because he is the ever living word, in the beginning and forevermore.

We need to thank God for all of the challenges in our life. They are gifts from him for opportunities to grow stronger and more dependent on him. You are ready for anything and equal to anything to the one who infuses inner strength in you. Rejoice in his sufficiency.

God wants you to know the depth and the breadth of his love for us that surpasses all knowledge. There is a difference between knowing him and knowing about him.

When we treasure, Christ, above everything else, other things will lose their grip on us. One way to discern what you hold dearest is to examine your thoughts when your mind is at rest.

Jesus is the gate, and whoever enters through him will be saved. Godliness with contentment is great gain, however, if you have food and clothing, the basic necessities of life seem to be content with that. If you have what you need to be thankful and do not covet after things that you do not have because he is all you need.
