Canton First UMC Outdoor Food Pantry

Across the street from Canton First UMC, in the church parking lot, you’ll find our Outdoor Food Pantry. This pantry is open to anyone in need of non-perishable food items—and to anyone who wishes to share by donating.

With the recent loss of food assistance for many families and individuals facing food insecurity, we want to take this opportunity to highlight this ministry—both for those who need help and for those who wish to support our neighbors in need.

If you are in need:
Simply open the doors of the cabinet and take what you need. We can’t always promise the shelves will be full or contain exactly what you’re looking for, but we can promise that we are doing our best to keep it stocked with non-perishable essentials.

If you would like to donate:
You’re welcome to place your non-perishable items inside the cabinet. If your donation doesn’t fit, you may leave additional items beside it.

If you have a large quantity of items to donate, please contact our pastor, Rev. Anne Rex, at 910-899-7918 to arrange a time and place for delivery.

We encourage everyone to find ways to give—whether through this pantry, another local ministry, or in your own community. Wherever you share, your gift will be a blessing.
