Black background tapestry - part I don't know. I haven't been making any videos lately so I thought I'd catch you up on where I am right now.

Here's the end of day two of the black foundation tapestry, so this must be part 2.5. starting to add the black background with pops of color. I was going to do it as a diagonal oval but we will see what happens.

Part 2 of the black foundational tapestry. Lots of ladder yarn and confetti yarn for fringe at the bottom. I had it by itself but then realized it needed a black backing behind it to give it consistency.

Black foundation tapestry Part 1.
New tapestry to weave. I saw a skein of yarn that was mainly black with just pops of purple and blue and pink and thought that looked so cool, so I'm creating something based on that. I don't know exactly what it will look like at the end, but I know how it will feel. I really love doing three dimensional art that you can touch and feel.

My first weaving project is done! It's not very big but it's still was challenging. And I used my new mini table saw and hung it on a branch from the yard.

Desensitized someone today from some mean people and situations they couldn't control. Now it doesn't affect them. Do you need some of that in your life?

I crushed four major blocks in my life this weekend. I got to the roots, desensitized and disconnected from them and have completely different thoughts and feelings about them. If you want me to help you do it too, then just ask.
