Holy Child Jesus Catholic Church Holy Child Jesus Catholic Church in Canton, Mississippi is the Home Church of Sister Thea Bowman, Servant of God. Sunday Mass is at 11:30 a.m. All are Welcome!

and Mass every Thursday at 5:00 p.m. Holy Child Jesus Mission was founded in 1946 primarily to establish a school for the African American children in Canton. The church was added later. The school has since closed but the church remains. Our mission now is to provide spiritual education through our worship and ministry to all of Canton. Come join us for mass at 11:15 am on Sundays and Thursdays at 5:00 pm

The Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary are conducting a thoughtful and original Fundraiser to help celebrate Mother’s Day!
The Ladies are selling candles to pay tribute to our beloved mothers — living mothers, mothers who have passed, grandmothers, aunts, and spiritual mothers. Candles are $5 and will be displayed on a special Mother's Day table at Holy Child Jesus throughout the month of May.
These high quality candles are five inch wax pillars, flameless and battery-operated, and can be purchased for $5 from any of the KPC Ladies.
Please contact Grand Lady Stephanie Rouser, Lady Linda Faye Jackson, Lady Melcenia Gilbert, Lady Mary Ware or Lady Beth Ross to purchase your candles.
(The KPCLA will use all money raised to support special initiatives at Holy Child Jesus and for charitable works in the Canton Community.)
