Our students at Belden are having a blast trying out the Chomp Saws at our newest After-School site! 🪚

Chomp Saws are kid-friendly cutting tools that allow students to safely cut materials like cardboard and foam. We are happy to share these small, yet effective machines with a new group of students! 💛

Our Patrick ASP site has been having a great time since programming started back up! 💙 The students have been taking advantage of the last few weeks of warm weather while participating in mindfulness activities, using Chomp Saws, making bubbles, racing with friends, and learning about nutrition. Here are a few highlights! ☀️

We’ve had a great kickoff to pottery this year on Lighthouse’s main campus! 🏺🎨 We’re so thankful for our pottery instructor, Ms. Teresa, for sharing her time, creativity, and talent with our students. We can’t wait to see what they create this year! 💛

We have a new Cultivate class coming up, and we’re looking for acoustic guitars! 🎸

This class will give our students the chance to explore a new instrument! If you have an acoustic guitar sitting around that isn’t getting much use, we’d love to give it a new home at Lighthouse! 🤗

Send us a message if you have a guitar you’d like to donate. 🎶

We’re so excited to have all of our After-School Programs up and running! 🎉📚

This year, we are serving at three sites. We started at the Lighthouse and expanded to Patrick Elementary last year. This year, we’re excited to add Belden Elementary as our newest site. We’ve been so excited to expand and are grateful for the opportunity to serve even more students! 🥳

Here are a few photos from our Patrick Elementary site! 📸✨
