“Reaping What You Sow”
Zechariah 7:8-14

Intro. - Job 4:8
Memory Verse: Galatians 6:7-8
Zechariah 7:7
I. God tells us His will. Vs. 8-9a
1) Vs. 9a - Execute true justice.
2) Vs. 9 - Show mercy & compassion to your
brother. Mark 3:34-35
3) Vs. 10a - Do not oppress the widow, the
orphan, the stranger, or the poor.
Psalm 68:5
4) Vs. 10b - Don’t plan evil in your heart
against your brother.

II. God’s will is our choice. Vs. 11a
1) They refused to listen. Vs. 11
2) They shrugged their shoulders. Vs. 11
3) Then they stopped their ears. Vs. 11
4) They hardened their hearts. Vs. 12

III. Our choice determines what we receive from God. Vs. 12b
1) Our choices determine whether or not God
hears our prayers. Vs. 13
2) Our choices determine whether we receive
mercy or judgment. Vs. 14 & Ezekiel 33:11
