What are you thankful for this week? In the Fellowship Hall there are three gold posters stating: "I Am Thankful for:". There are markers and post it notes for you to write what you are thankful for. It could be church related - you are thankful for pastor's inspiring sermon or a music piece Andy played. It could be family related - you are thankful a family member is out of the hospital or your grandson played in a wonderful band concert. It could be more broad - you are thankful that it was a beautiful fall day or you saw children having fun in the park. Let's see how full we can make these broads by Thanksgiving!

Every month Cherry Hill Sunday School sends members and friends a handmade Birthday card during your birthday month. We also donate in your name a Birthday bag which consists of a cake mix, frosting, napkins and birthday candles to Active Faith - a community services organization helping those less fortunate in the areas of Washtenaw, Livingston, Oakland and Wayne counties. These bags are distributed so a birthday cake can be made for a child, a grandparent or parent who is having a birthday. We are in desperate need of cake mixes, frosting and birthday napkins. So on Sunday November 8th we are doing a collection for birthday bag items. Please bring items and place at the front of the church - lets support birthdays for all!

November 15th right after church.
For November's "Themed Potluck" our theme is Friendsgiving. This is a time to let your recipes that you love shine. Think of all your favorite Thanksgiving foods: green beans, corn, stuffing, turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, etc. Don't have time or can't think of what to make - bring chips, cookies, etc. If you forget about it being potluck Sunday - come anyways - we always have plenty. Come enjoy a meal with us.
