1. review of your medical history
2. Review of supplements and medications with suggestions if needed.
3. Heart Rate Variability testing to see where you are now to determine your progress.
4. Education including a dietary discretions hand out
5. Plan of what devices we have to improve your health or recommendations of devices for acute care.

$160.00 has to be paid up front

For my clientele and prospective clients because of the distance people travel to see us and several states are on lockdown, I am offering phone/skype consultations. I can basically do what I do at a distance but it is always good to have the experience at the clinic personally. I will be doing follow up appointments by phone as well.
