YAC at TBD

YAC @ TBD is a group of young adults ranging from recent high school grads to 30s.

Our goal is to foster a sense of Jewish community by engaging our generations from the Jewish to the "Jew-ish".

Just want to let everyone know that trivia today is RAIN OR SHINE! The weather looks like it’s going to hold out for us, but in the case of rain, we will move into the social hall with masks and proof of vaccination required. This is the standard protocol for indoor events in the temple currently.

Tisha B’Av, a day of mourning, is associated with remembering major disasters which have befallen the Jewish people. This year, we recognize Covid-19 as a disaster, a time of great loss that has affected us all, and we want to provide a space to acknowledge and mourn what we have lost.
Join Ritual committee and Reb Sam July 17th from 7-9 in Rosie’s garden to write down what represents the parts of covid you need a chance to mourn then throw them in the fire or watch them dissolve in a pool of water and allow a healing service led by Sam to start to mend your soul.
