“Please join us for our church picnic at Arboretum Park on August 23rd starting at 10am. We will have coffee & donuts 2 or 3 songs & short devotional. Then a free meal. Bring a side dish if you can. We will have games after we eat the meal.
It is at shelter 6 off of 38th Street. There is a playground for the kids, toilet facilities and parking close to the shelter.”

The first day of school should begin with hope, not fear.
A 7.8 earthquake magnitude shook Mindanao as millions of children returned to their classrooms. Buildings were damaged or destroyed, and coastal communities were urged to move to higher ground as a tsunami warning was issued.
In moments like this, children are often the most vulnerable. The shock of sudden evacuation, the fear of what comes next, and the uncertainty of damaged homes and schools can leave lasting impacts on their well-being.
World Vision is closely monitoring the situation and preparing to respond with support and child protection for affected families.
Please join us in lifting up the Philippines in prayer. 🙏

Tomorrow marks the start of Senior Camp 2026. This year's theme is "Situation Room" with Dean Bob McGinnis! This will be a great time for any High School Freshmen to Graduated Seniors. We will still be accepting walk-ins, but if you would like to message us to let us know you are coming, we will mark you down. Please email, dm, text, or call us!

Registration will begin on Sunday around 2:00 pm
Pick up will be Saturday at 10:00 am

We skipped chapter 21 of The Story so we could get to the Resurrection on Easter. We are going to cover Chapter 21 this Sunday. If you have a copy of the Story, please read it to prepare for Sunday. Blessings in Abundance to all!
