The purpose of the Church is to help people to know Jesus Christ as Lord of their lives. We were so blessed today to have Pastor Stephen Thomas conduct our first training session in relational Evangelism. What a powerful, soul stirring teaching. Many thanks to God for the two men that He has called to lead this ministry at Mt. Olive, Bro. Kace Crino and Bro. Nate Penn. God has placed a tremendous burden upon them for the lost and that passion is being shared so beautifully. May God produce fruit in this ministry for His glory!

MOBC's 2026 Spring Cleaning and Renovation plan! We thank God for the privilege of restoring what was needed in His house. There is nothing like fresh plaster by the master of his craft, Tom Lacks, or a fresh coat of paint courtesy Billy Clemons. Shout out also to Bob Reinhardt who did a wonderful job repairing our roof. It's almost that time again! Time for MOBC to resume our partnership with the LeMoyne Community Center and Nutra-Fit. On June 8th 2026, at 12pm, we will begin dispensing hot summer lunches, Monday through Friday, out of the Community Room in Valley View Terrace (VVT) for children up to the age of 18. Your child does not have to be a resident of VVT to partake in the lunch program. You also don't have to be a member of Mt. Olive to participate. If you love serving people or need to complete community service hours, give us a call (724-745-4777). We would love to have you!

Many thanks to Ashton Whitaker of Lifespan Family Services for visiting us yesterday and educating our congregation on foster care and adoption needs for children in Washington County. We learned about an overwhelming need and were advised of ways that we can help. Indeed it was an eye opening presentation and we plan to support as God leads us.
