𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬.

Or they stay so small they survive much less thrive. But why? We can tell you it's not cuz planters don't try. No they passionately fight tooth and nail towards Jesus's calling.

𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬. Several crash their 401k & raid their 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬. Others 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐮𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 of ever being able to own a home, let alone have a salary stable enough to know the bills next month are getting paid. And then they move to a new city where they don't know a single person.

𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐮𝐩 not for their glory but 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐝's! All gladly thrown aside to chase the call God embedded in their heart, only find their dream of starting a life giving church dashed to pieces.

And get this... Some church plant failures are EASILY preventable, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩.

𝐒𝐨 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐚 𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭? Church planters are missionaries who need supporting churches like the one you lead. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 that will pray for them. Partners that will spend time with them encouraging. Partners that will visit their churches and meet with them. And yes, partners who will help cover the bills.

Fuel Colorado needs sacrificial and generous partnerships with churches and individuals just like you. We need partners who are looking for a core group of other pastors that are "heaven bent" on doing life together and taking care of each other while fighting together to make Colorado a hard place to go to hell! Churches and leaders who know "lone wolves die, but the pack thrives!"
