It's called the the Great Commandment. “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Matthew‬ ‭22:36-37, 39‬ ‭ESV‬‬

But there is another great commandment. It is known as the Great Commission.“And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been giv

en to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matthew‬ ‭28:18-20‬ ‭ESV‬‬

We have captured the essence of these two commands in a single, concise mission statement: NewLife Church exists to love God, love people, and make disciples.

Saturday morning well spent! 🌳💪
There’s something special about working together for a common purpose. This morning, our church family came together to clear trees and clean up the church property. Many hands made light work, and the fellowship, laughter, and teamwork made it even better.

Have you noticed that there is often a Scripture referenced in parentheses next to some of our songs? We at NewLife love singing worship songs filled with the Word of God to ensure that our praise is filled with holy truths instead of man-made sentiments.
