Join us this Sunday as our kids join us in the main worship service for a fun, interactive morning centered around the story of David & Goliath!

We’ll worship together, laugh together, and discover how God helps us face the giants in our lives. There may even be a special game and a few surprises along the way! 👀

And don’t forget — we’ll enjoy a church potluck following the service. Bring a dish if you’re able and stay for great food and fellowship!

What does it actually mean to live empowered by the Holy Spirit?

Is it:
• boldness?
• peace?
• spiritual gifts?
• deeper prayer?
• victory over sin?
• something else?

This Sunday’s message reminded us that God didn’t just call us to believe — He called us to live empowered.

What is Pentecost?

Pentecost marks the moment in Acts 2 when the Holy Spirit was poured out on believers and the Church was empowered to be witnesses for Christ.

But Pentecost is more than a historical event.

It reminds us that:
🔥 God still transforms lives
🔥 God still empowers His people
🔥 God still works through His Church today

This Sunday’s message challenged us not to neglect the power God has made available to us through the Holy Spirit.

What does it mean to live empowered by the Holy Spirit?

This Pentecost Sunday message explores Acts 2, the purpose of the Holy Spirit’s power in the life of the believer, and why God still empowers His people today.

One of the strongest reminders from the message:
“We are leaky vessels.”

God never intended for us to try to live the Christian life in our own strength. He desires to continually fill, strengthen, and empower us to be witnesses for Him.

Life has a way of draining us. Stress - Distractions - Disappointments - Busyness.

That’s why we can’t live disconnected from God’s presence and expect to stay spiritually full.

This Sunday’s message reminded us: “We are leaky vessels.”

We need continual refreshing through prayer, worship, God’s Word, and the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

Don’t settle for running empty.
Seek God daily and let Him refill your heart.
