Psalm 28:7 says, “The Lord is my strength and my shield; My heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him.”

Psalm 28:7 is a declaration of profound trust, deliverance, and overflowing gratitude written by King David, describing God as a source of steadfast power and protection, and highlights how placing genuine faith in Him transforms anxiety into triumphant joy. Placing wholehearted trust into God transforms fear into confidence. God is the ultimate source of inner strength and divine protection, demonstrating that when believers rely on Him, He provides active help, replacing distress with overflowing joy and gratitude.
