40 years gives us so much to be thankful for. Today, we pause and pray.

⚪️ Pray that Sports Reach would remain faithful to the calling God has given us.
⚪️ Pray that we would seek the Lord before taking the next step.
⚪️ Pray that we would have the courage to follow wherever He leads.

We don’t know what the next 40 years will hold, but we know who holds them.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart… and He will make your paths straight.”
Proverbs 3:5–6

In 1987, Sports Reach made its first mission trip to Kenya.

One trip. One team. One step of faith.

Forty years later, we are still walking step by step in obedience to where the Lord is leading as we honor the past and embrace the future.

🎉 40 YEARS. ONE FAITHFUL GOD.

Today, we begin the countdown to something pretty special.

On September 19, we’ll gather to celebrate 40 years of Sports Reach.

Forty years of sports.
Forty years of ministry.
Forty years of friendships.
Forty years of stepping through open doors.
Forty years of watching God do what only He can do.

From the first trips to the hundreds that followed, God has allowed Sports Reach to go places we never could have imagined.

❤️ Thousands of relationships
🙏 Countless prayers
🙌 One faithful God

Over the next few weeks, we’re going to remember some of the stories, celebrate some of the people, and look ahead to what God has next.

40 years down.

For four decades, Sports Reach has been answering the call to “Go”…using sports to open doors, build relationships, and share the hope of Jesus around the world.

What started with a simple mission has grown into 40 years of stories, friendships, lives changed, and God’s faithfulness.
