During the month of August at Saloma Baptist Church, we have celebrated our 75th church anniversary. Sunday, August 23 was our primary celebration day - what a great day we experienced. On Sunday, August 30, we will again give God praise for the legacy and history of SBC - and we will renew our commitment to minister to our community and world in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. And we will “work ‘til Jesus comes…” Amen.

Sunday August 23 was the primary day of a monthlong celebration of the 75th anniversary of Saloma Baptist Church and was also our annual church Homecoming. “God’s Amazing Grace” has been the theme of our anniversary celebration. “His Heart Quartet” provided a powerful gospel music worship, and various points of our church history were emphasized. We had a large crowd attending and experienced rich fellowship. Thanks to all who helped with our celebration. We look forward to the continuing opportunities that lie ahead to “minister to our community and world in the name of Jesus Christ.” Enjoy these pictures from today’s celebration.
