Sunday Evening was filled with fun, laughter, fellowship, and some absolutely amazing food! 🍽️ 🍔 🌭

A huge thank you to Paul for hosting this wonderful event and to everyone who helped plan, prepare, and cook to make this picnic possible. We are so grateful for the time, effort, and love you pour into creating opportunities for our church family to come together and enjoy one another's company.

This past weekend, several of our Woodlawn Ladies attended the Handpicked Women's Conference at Campbellsville University.

This annual conference is meant to join the women in our community for a day of worship and encouragement. The theme this year was "Handpicked by the Shepherd". which was to help us grow with a deeper understanding of our relationship as sheep to our good Shepherd, Jesus Christ.

The speaker, Allison Allen, was able to bless us with a message diving deeper into how Jesus is our Good Shepherd and how He is the door to our lives. Nothing can get in or out without going through Him first, and that a Good Shepherd will always lay down their life for their sheep, just like Jesus did for us on the cross.

It was truly a wonderful day of fellowship, and we can't wait to attend next year!

🍼👣✨Save the Date - August 30th! ✨👣🍼

Woodlawn Christian Church will be having a Nursery Shower on Sunday, August 30th at 2pm in the Family Life Center to help replenish our Church Nursery!

Many of our current toys are well loved and have become worn or broken over time, while others require frequent battery replacements. We would love to update our nursery with newer, durable toys that don't require batteries.

Join us Sunday, August 9th at 6pm as we gather for an evening of food, fun, and fellowship while thanking God for another wonderful summer and the memories we've made with our church family.

Please bring 2 sides and drinks for your family to accompany the grilled burgers, hotdogs, and waters that will be provided by the church.

Don't forget to bring your lawn chairs, co****le boards, or any other favorite outdoor games to share, so we can relax, laugh, and enjoy an evening celebrating the close of another blessed summer at Woodlawn Christian Church.

We’re still smiling as we look back on an incredible week at VBS! God truly blessed us in so many ways, and we are beyond grateful for all He did throughout the week.

This year, we had 93 registered children, with our highest attendance reaching 80 kids in one evening! We also collected an offering each night to support a new church plant in Elizabethtown. Thanks to the generosity of our church family, we raised an amazing $2,775 to help support a family who faithfully answered God's call to leave their home and jobs in the Campbellsville/Columbia area to plant Providence Bible Church and share the hope of Christ in Elizabethtown.

A huge thank you goes to every person who prayed and donated items to make this year’s VBS a success! And to all the volunteers who gave their time, energy, and love to make this week possible. From decorating and preparing each station to serving snacks and leading activities, each job showed how much you care for each child, and how your dedication made a lasting impact. We couldn't have done it without you, and we are so thankful for the way you poured into the lives of these kids and showed them the love of Jesus. God is doing amazing things, and we're thankful you were a part of it!

A few weeks ago, 21 students from our elementary, middle, and high school youth groups, along with 11 adults from Woodlawn Christian Church, spent an incredible week at White Mills Christian Camp.

Throughout the week, each student chose a talent area that helped them grow closer to God. Across both our younger and older youth camps, our students participated in sports, missions, baking, worship, and arts and crafts.

In addition to their talent tracks, everyone took part in praise and worship, small group discussions, and fun games designed to build confidence, strengthen their faith, and encourage fellowship with other Christians their age.

We are especially excited to celebrate that our very own Ty Ray gave his life to Christ and was baptized while at camp! 🙌 What an amazing blessing!

Thank you to everyone who prayed for our students and leaders and to those who helped make this week possible. We are so grateful for the memories made, the friendships strengthened, and, most importantly, the lives impacted for Christ.
