Camp Verde Seventh-day Adventist Food Pantry Food distribution in partnership with St Mary's Food Bank. Open Wednesday mornings until 1pm. This food distribution site does not box food for clients.

Our food distribution site is run by volunteers from the community with with an interest in helping people. Although run from the physical facility owned by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, volunteers who work at the site come from all backgrounds, various local churches, and non-churched people. The people served (clients) are also of all backgrounds and religions. Rather, we operate in a more

natural shopping-type environment. Clients take a shopping cart, fill it with available food, and empty it into their vehicle. The food is free. However, the amount available is usually limited. Therefore, the amount of each item offered is usually limited by the volunteers staffing each position. New clients must complete an application and returning clients must check in prior to obtaining any food. Food is offered on a first-come, first-served basis,

We begin food distribution about 1/2 hour after the truck that delivers the food has departed. That truck usually arrives between 7:30 - 8:30am so you can usually expect to wait until 9:00am before food is available. You should also plan to be at the site before 12:30pm as some, or all, of the food may have been given out by that time....

We are still open Wednesday mornings. Registration opens at 5:30am and closes at 1:00pm. Food distribution opens at about 9:30am and closes about 1:00pm. If you need a little extra to tide you over, or know someone else who could use a little help... please come and see us.

We also have a clothing pantry open at the same time a food distribution. All items are free and up to 20 items per week can be taken. These are items donated to our pantry from the community and we feel privileged to be able to give them back to those who can reuse them!

Next Wednesday (2/25/26) is the last day for Senior Boxes (CSFP). If you have not picked yours up this month, please consider doing so then... If you are 60+ and would like to receive a Senior Box, come in and check with us in registration to see if you meet maximum income requirements. We would love to get you started...

Remember, we are open until 1:00pm every Wednesday!

We are open the following days in December 2025:
Dec 10- Normal schedule
Dec 17- Christmas gifts for children in attendance
Dec 24- Christmas gifts for children (parents can pick up)
Dec 31- Remaining Christmas gifts can be taken by any client

Normal hours except for the 24th... Christmas Eve we are closing at 12:00 instead of 1:00...

Last Wednesday, Oct 29, our pantry provided food to 344 households representing 929 individuals. This is an increase of about 30 from previous weeks. While actual numbers fluctuate some, we are consistently above 300 each week.

If you are food insecure, please consider visiting us Wednesday mornings or find another food pantry in the area. Bread of Life, Manzanita, Project Rising Hope and Old Town Mission are some of the names that come immediately to mind. So, please consider visiting one if you are in need to food supplements now and again.

We live in unstable times! But your local food pantries work to provide a little stability for you. Let us help you!

We are always looking for caring people to volunteer Wednesday mornings and people with a vehicle who can help with deliveries in the Verde Valley area on early Wednesday afternoons.

If you are looking for a good volunteer opportunity in the Camp Verde Arizona area, come and see us. We are located above the high school overlooking the I17 corridor with a dynamite view of the western Verde Valley. We are always looking for caring people willing to give 4 or more hours on Wednesday mornings to help the community.

If you have a couple of hours in the early afternoon we need drivers willing to deliver pre-packed boxes of food to folks who cannot come to the Pantry themselves. Deliveries are in the greater Camp Verde and Rimrock areas.

We have seen an uptick of interest in services provided by our food and clothing pantries of late. If you require extra food, good used flothing and household items, or just the comfort of interaction with others, please come. We are open every Wednesday morning. You can register starting at 5:30am and we are open until 1pm.

Our last distribution of Senior Boxes for the month of July is next Wednesday, June 23. If you have NOT received your box yet, please come in a get it!

TEFAP (EFB) boxes will be given out for the next 2 weeks. We have plenty si come in and get yours!
