Yesterday, Jolene Campbell sustained second-degree burns on a significant portion of her leg in a bonfire accident. We invite you to keep her in your prayers during her recovery. If you would like to assist, please visit the meal train link below to help provide meals for her and her family.

🏕️ SPECIAL CAMP RECAP SUNDAY! 🎉

What an amazing week we had at Breakaway Kids Camp at Lake Williamson! Over the past four days, our campers experienced exciting activities, forged relationships, worshiped together, and encountered God in incredible ways.

This Sunday, we want to celebrate everything that happened at camp! We'll share pictures, hear a few camp stories, and take time to thank God for the memories and life-changing moments from the week.

If your child attended Kids Camp, we'd love to invite your entire family to join us—even if you don't normally attend our church. Come see what your kids experienced and celebrate alongside them!

🌍 Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge! Also known as BGMC!
💵 All year we give to missions!
💚 For the past two years we have students who have set giving goals for the year!
🫶🏻💜🫶🏻Conner and Kinzie Gerding gave over $1,000 this past year to BGMC!!!
🫶🏻Lane Krutmeier, Jonny Bobier, Danny Smith and Cason Smith gave over $100 to BGMC this past year!!!
The Lord is good and we are grateful to be a part of what He is doing in the hearts of our children and beyond!!

Breakaway Kids Camp 2026! 💚
We are simply SO grateful.
Grateful for the goodness of the Lord to each one of us, students and leaders.
Grateful for our church, who continually supports children’s ministry.
Grateful for the Tracy Family Foundation who helps us get to camp, financially.
Grateful for Illinois Student Ministries. The heart for ministry within their team is incredible.
Grateful for parents who invest in their children.
Grateful for community.
Grateful for our children. Their faith is inspiring.

Our kids are off to Lake Williamson for Breakaway Kids Camp 2026!!

🧱 Sunday in kids church we continued our Brick Blast series!
📖 We studied the story of Peter and John when they encountered a Beggar at the beautiful gate, found in Acts 3:1-11!
🙏 The Beggar was born lame and daily begged for money at the beautiful gate.
💥Peter and John were stopped by the Beggar with the same request. Rather than give the Beggar money, they prayed for him. Offering something that wouldn’t simply sustain him for the day but rather for a lifetime! At that moment the Beggar was healed!
💜Peter and John may not have expected this interruption in their day and could have responded differently. Rather they responded with love and a hope forward for this person they didn’t even know!

☀️ 🏖️ KIDS SUMMER CHALLENGE!! ☀️ 🏖️

Each week our kids are encouraged to pick up a devotional that helps them continue learning about our Sunday lesson through the week! Through the summer these packets have coloring sheets and activities included, as well!

Returning these packets, finished up, helps our children learn + earn points! 50 points per packet to be exact!!

Each student with 300 points earned on or before Sunday, July 26 will earn the summer challenge prize!! 🏆
