Sometimes it feels really hard to stay positive and take care of your mental health in the world we’re living in. I think everyone goes through seasons where they feel empty, tired, or disconnected like spiritual “dry bones.”

I’ve noticed that when I slow down and lean into my faith, when I let myself just breathe and remember God is there, something shifts. It doesn’t magically fix everything, but it brings this quiet comfort… like I’m not carrying it all by myself anymore.

If you’re in one of those dry seasons, you’re not alone. Take a breath, come back to your faith, and let yourself be reminded that God is still there, even in the hard moments.

Our message today was about being a prophetic people. In John 9, we see three types of people: those who passed off the responsibility of seeing God’s work as someone else’s job, those who doubted and refused to believe, and the man who was blind yet bold enough to walk in the light God gave him.

Which one would you be in this day and age? Are you willing to step into the vision God has given you, or will you let fear, doubt, or the opinions of others hold you back?

We are a prophetic people, called to see, speak, and act with God’s truth. Let’s not miss the opportunity to walk in the light He’s given us.
