Hey Camden UMC, I'm excited to officially begin as your pastor this week!

In case you want to know a little bit more about me:
- I've been married to my husband, Randy, for almost 16 years.
- We have a spoiled terrier mutt named Jack (aka Jackie or Jack Jack).
- I love the St. Louis Cardinals, Taylor Swift, reading, coffee, and traveling.
- I'm also the pastor at First United Methodist Church of Excelsior Springs.

This upcoming Sunday (July 6), I'll share a message on the Parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:25-37). Service begins at 9:00 am. Hope to see you there!

Yesterday was my last Sunday as pastor at Camden UMC. Rev. Ross Fulton will bring the message next Sunday. Rev. Shannon Greene will then take the reigns as pastor effective July 1.

It's been a joy and my honor to serve with you for the last 15 months. My hope and prayer is that the Holy Spirit will bless this church in its continuing mission of feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, watering the thirsty, healing the sick, and giving hope to the hopeless. Donna and I love you all! Thanks be to God!
