These are all whole-food, plant-based, and easy to make on the Daniel Fast. 🍽️ 1. Fruit & Nut Breakfast Bowl

Top fresh fruit (berries, banana, apple, or melon) with raw nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, chia) for a quick bowl. Super simple and nutritious.

How to make:
• 1 cup mixed fresh fruit
• 1/4 cup nuts/seeds
• Optional sprinkle of cinnamon

🥣 2. Oatmeal (Classic Daniel Fast Style)

Cook oats with water and add your favorite toppings (dates, berries, cinnamon). Oatmeal is foundational on the Daniel Fast.

Quick version:
• ½–1 cup rolled or steel-cut oats + water
• Simmer until thick
• Top with fruit, nuts, and a few chopped dates

🍌 3. Smoothie (No Sugar Added)

Blend fruits and greens with water or unsweetened plant milk for a drinkable breakfast.

Example:
• 1 banana
• 1 cup frozen berries
• Handful spinach
• Water or unsweetened almond/coconut milk

🍎 4. Rice & Apples

A heartier, warm breakfast — cooked brown rice with chopped apples, raisins, cinnamon, and a touch of coconut oil.

Steps:
Cook rice, add apples, raisins, cinnamon, warm together, and enjoy.

🍠 5. Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl

Bake or microwave a sweet potato and top with fruit and nuts for a filling, naturally sweet breakfast.

Simple version:
• 1 baked sweet potato, split open
• Top with sliced banana, berries, chopped nuts

🍓 6. Muesli (Hot or Cold)

Muesli is a mix of oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit — eat it cold with fruit or cook it like cereal.

Prep idea:
• Combine muesli mix with water
• Heat 3–5 min for a warm bowl
• Add fresh fruit
