Islamic Society of Boston - ISB Cambridge

Islamic Society of Boston - ISB Cambridge Serving the Islamic community of Boston since 1981. We practice and promote a comprehensive and balanced view of Islam.

Our Mission
ISB serves the spiritual, educational, social, and cultural needs of Boston’s Muslim community and society at large while exemplifying excellence and fostering peace. The Islamic Society of Boston (ISB) was formed in 1981, when Muslims new to the area felt a need for organization or place to gather them, preserve their Islamic identity and help them observe their obligations as Muslims

. We strive to embody the “middle path” to which the Qur’an calls – a path of moderation that is free of extremism. We believe that the core teachings of Islam are universal and timeless, providing guidance and instruction for all times and all peoples.
