This Sunday, April 12, at 4:00 pm, Chesapeake Chamber Winner Candide Quartet joins us for the final performance in our concert series! Members of this fabulous quartet are: Chili Ekman (violin), Vanny Hu (cello), Amelia Krinke (viola), and Henry Rogers (violin). This group of emerging young musicians is making their mark on a centuries-old tradition through their unique personalities, energy, and enthusiasm. The Candide Quartet has been coached and mentored by many esteemed musicians, performed and participated in many seminars all over the northeast. Thanks to our generous sponsors, admission is free!

Due to icy conditions around the parish hall and the impending severe weather, we have moved the Chili Cookoff to Shrove Tuesday, February 17th, at 5pm in Whatley Hall for fun, fellowship, chili, pancakes, and bingo! Think Super Tuesday, Great Choptank Parish style! We will feast and laugh.

It is still quite icy along Church Street and in the Whatley Hall parking lot 😢 The women's book study originally scheduled to begin tomorrow, is postponed until next Wednesday, February 4th. Our Noon service will also resume next week! Decisions regarding Friday's bingo & chili cook off, as well as Sunday's service, will be made on Thursday! Please dm us if you need assistance!

This Sunday, December 21, at 12:30 pm in Whatley Hall, we are trying something new! Members of our congregation will bring the story of the birth of Jesus to life with the Christmas pageant, Once Upon a Manger! Everyone is invited to participate; this is an all-ages Christmas play. Props and small costume items will be provided along with simple lines to recite. We will laugh and celebrate on the Whatley Hall stage!

Pageant participants, please arrive at 12pm to rehearse. All are welcome!
