If you are visiting our St. John - Newville campus this Sunday, leave time for traffic!

The Lake Mills Triathlon will take place this Sunday 6/7/26, from 7:00am-11:00am. As in past years, we expect increased vehicle traffic in the area of Sandy Beach Rd on Sunday morning. The bike route (attached) will make its way through the City entering on Hwy B from the North and winding along the East side of Rock Lake before ending at Sandy Beach Park. No parking signs are being posted along sections of the route.

See you there!

The Season after Pentecost features what Christ teaches,
and Christians in every vocation are encouraged to say it
out loud. The truths of God’s Word are good for the soul,
useful for life, and more reliable than anything else in the
world. Watch out for false teachers who come with wisesounding words and pious promises, but who do not base
everything on the Word of God! Give thanks to the Lord
for faithful servants in the ministry of the gospel and
those who support them!
We invite you to join us for worship this week at 10:30AM as we discover the
lessons Christ encourages us to say out loud!

As we remember our fallen soldiers today, take a moment to listen to this devotion by Rev. Paul Horn, WELS National Civilian Chaplain to the Military.

Last month I was in our nation's capital, and I took some time to walk around the National Mall.

This evening our member Mikko Lipasti will receive his Vicar call assignment. This means that as he studies to be a Pastor, this year will be spent working with an experienced pastor in a parish before returning to the Seminary for his final year of studies. Thank you for answering the call to serve in the public ministry!

Pastors forming pastors to proclaim God’s praise.

May 20–22, Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary will hold a series of graduation events celebrating students who have prepared for lives of service in gospel ministry.

These days culminate in the assignment of future pastors into congregations and ministries where they will proclaim God’s Word, shepherd his people, and serve Christ’s church for years to come.

We give thanks for the professors, families, congregations, and fellow students who have encouraged and supported them along the way, and we pray God blesses these future pastors as they begin their ministry.
