Happy Mother's Day to all who are mothers, grandmothers, aunts, sisters, and/or daughters: to the ones whose arms are full and those whose arms are empty; to those who are celebrating Mother's Day for the first time, or the last. To the ones who celebrate this day with gladness, and the ones for whom this day is tinged with grief. You are seen. You are known. You are appreciated. You are understood. If not by others, by the One who made you. You are loved. Deeply. We honor you, wherever you are in the journey called "motherhood". May God richly bless you today.
