JUNE 23 — TUESDAY DEVOTION TO ST. ANTHONY OF PADUA

Every Tuesday, the faithful honor St. Anthony of Padua, one of the Church’s most beloved saints, known for his holiness, wisdom, and powerful intercession. Through his life of prayer, humility, and love for God, St. Anthony became a shining example of faithful discipleship and remains a source of inspiration for Christians throughout the world.

St. Anthony is often called upon as the patron saint of lost things. Yet his intercession reaches far beyond material possessions. He reminds us to seek what is most important—the grace of God, a deeper faith, inner peace, and a closer relationship with Jesus Christ. Whenever we feel lost, discouraged, or uncertain, we can confidently turn to God through the prayers of this great saint.

His life teaches us that true holiness is found in humility, obedience, charity, and unwavering trust in God's providence. Through his powerful preaching and compassionate service, he led countless souls back to the Lord and encouraged others to live according to the Gospel.

As we observe this Tuesday devotion, let us place before God all our needs, intentions, and concerns. May St. Anthony help us rediscover what has been lost in our spiritual lives and guide us toward a renewed commitment to prayer, faith, and Christian living.

May this day bring spiritual renewal, hope, and the assurance that God never abandons those who seek Him with sincere hearts.

🙏 St. Anthony of Padua, pray for us.
🙏 Help us find what we have lost and lead us ever closer to Christ.St. Anthony of Padua remains one of the most cherished saints in the Catholic Church because of his deep love for Christ and his dedication to preaching the Gospel. His example reminds us that God works through humble and faithful hearts. On this Tuesday of devotion, may we entrust our worries, struggles, and hopes to the Lord through St. Anthony's intercession, confident that God continues to guide, strengthen, and bless those who seek Him with faith.

Happy Father’s Day!
Father’s Day Blessing:
Heavenly Father, Today we ask You to bless our earthly fathers for the many times they reflected the love, strength, generosity, wisdom and mercy that You exemplify in Your relationship with us, Your children.
We honor our fathers for putting our needs above their own convenience and comfort; for teaching us to show courage and determination in the face of adversity; for challenging us to move beyond self-limiting boundaries; for modeling the qualities that would turn us into responsible, principled, caring adults. May the love and selflessness they showed us be returned to them by your goodness and help them to know that their caring influence has fostered such good in us.
Give new and future fathers the guidance they need to raise happy and holy children, grounded in a love for God and other people -and remind these fathers that treating their wives with dignity, compassion and respect is one of the greatest gifts they can give their children.
We pray that our fathers who have passed into the next life have been welcomed into Your loving embrace, and that our family will one be day be reunited in your heavenly kingdom.
In union with St. Joseph, whom you entrusted with Your Son, we ask Your generous blessings today and every day. Amen.
