We are excited to see you tomorrow for church! Here is a word from Miranda to help prepare our hearts for fellowship.

“For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to strengthen you— that is, that we may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith, both yours and mine.”

- Romans‬ ‭1‬:‭11‬-‭12‬

Nathan (pictured above) had given his life to Christ and immediately knew that he needed to be baptized. He was ready to take his relationship with the Lord seriously. Maybe you are sensing that same desire? It’s time for you to be baptized!

We are excited to celebrate those who are getting baptized this weekend, maybe including YOU! If you have not been baptized yet, follow the link in our bio to sign up!

After the resurrection, Jesus gave his disciples three things to do: wait, witness, go.

Wait on the Spirit before you do anything.

Witness from the overflow of what God’s actually done in your life.

Then go, because the world is waiting to hear about Him.

Over two thousand years later, that’s still the plan for us today.

Holy Saturday. The tomb is sealed. Hope feels buried. The disciples didn’t know what was coming, it was just the day after everything fell apart.

This prayer is for everyone living in their own Holy Saturday right now. The grieving. The confused. The ones whose faith is hanging by a thread.

Saturday is not the end of the story.
The stone is there, but God is not finished!

Lamentations 3:26
“It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.”

He was mocked, beaten, and nailed to a cross. We stand before the cross with no words sufficient for what He has done for us. He who knew no sin became sin for us.

He was forsaken so we would never be.
He died the death we deserved so we could live the life he offers to us.

Isaiah 53:5
“He was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace.”

On the night he was betrayed, Jesus gave thanks and broke bread. He took the cup and said it was his blood, poured out for many. Hours away from the cross, carrying the full weight of what was coming, and yet he served. He washed his disciples’ feet. He prayed for them and He still prays for us today.

That is who he is.

Luke 22:19
“This is my body, given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”
