Announcement from Blewer Food Center

Blewer Food Center will be back to its regular business schedule of food distribution to those in need on Wednesday's beginning tomorrow, Wednesday January 8th, 2025. Please stop by our office prior to Wednesday and sign your name to a time slot on the appointment sheet located on the front porch beside the entrance door for the Blewer Food Center. Time slots are from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

We apologize for the inconvenience of no phone service. We are happy to announce that we are in the final stage of installation with a new phone company to better serve Gordon County in the near future. We appreciate your understanding during this transition.

Blewer Food Center will be open on Monday December 30th next week 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Please stop by the office between now and then to write your name next to a time slot for an appointment. Our phones are still not working at this time.

Blewer Food Center will be open Wednesday December 18th & Monday December 23rd for anyone needing food before Christmas.

There is a sign-up sheet located beside the front door. Please stop by and sign your name to a time slot for an appointment.

Blewer Food Center's phones are down. Please come by the office to make an appointment. They will be open to serve people tomorrow, Wednesday, November 27th beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Free wood!!!! We recently had part of a Bradford Pear Tree to fall and someone was kind enough to cut it up for someone who can use it. First come first serve!

Our WMU ladies delivered bags filled with hygiene products, goodies, and gospel literature to the fair workers at our local fairgrounds yesterday. A total of 65 bags were distributed and the remaining 32 bags will be distributed through the Blewer Food Center to those in need. Thank you WMU ladies for all your hard work and dedication in sharing the love of Christ.
