From today’s sermon.

Take Heed That No Man Deceive You!
Matthew 24:3-14
Galatians 1:8-9
1 Thessalonians 5:21-23

Do Not be deceived in these last days!
Deception is every where in our world today.
False teachers and prophets, AI that can create anything you want it too, people who misquote the scriptures without context and on and on.
Be Aware!
Read the Bible for yourself!

Please join the churches from the Gordon County Christian Ministerial Alliance next Sunday afternoon, October 4, 2026, for the annual Hunger Walk. This is the 17 year that the group has encouraged the community to walk together to remind everyone of the food needs in the area. Even if you don't have time to walk; just drop by the Ray Denmon Pavilion at the Calhoun Rec and leave a donation. Or use the QR code for your donations. Any amount, when added together with other donations will help. The Hunger Walk begins at 2 pm; but, you can explore the trails inside the Rec for as long as you'd like. See you there!

I am NOT ASHAMED of the GOSPEL!

09/20/2026

From today’s message.
“I Am Not Ashamed of the Gospel”!
Romans 1:8-17
Luke 12:4-5
Isaiah 41:10-13

There is coming a time when we’ll all have to make a decision about our allegiance to Christ!
What will you do?

09/13/2026

People say you can't go home...............not true! New Echota welcomed folks that had been raised in this church, still attended NEC or some who had just spent some time years ago here. A day filled with proof that God does guide your path (even if to Calhoun, to Texas and on to Boston before bringing you back to your home in Rome). Keeping our eyes focused on God will ensure that the correct pathway is followed. Worship, Food and Fellowship ............... at HOME! Such a blessed day!

Thank you to Chaplain Vincent Moreno for sharing time with us again! So glad that some of your family was able to return with you!
