This is a public service announcement and notice to anyone and every who has plots or family buried in the CECC cemetery! THis cemetery has rules and regulations concerning what can and what can not be placed on and around graves. Some older graves were already in place prior to these changes and as such will not be removed UNLESS they are not maintained or are in a state of disrepair! We are attempting to keep the cemetery clean and respectable for everyone! The rules and regulations are posted at the entrance of the cemetery and on this page! Disregard for them will result in your adornments and walls and gravel being removed and disposed of. If you have any questions, please contact us st the church office or here on this page. This recent grace adornment was added without permission and against the rules. If you know the family please have them contact us immediately. Thank you for your understanding and help in keeping this cemetery in good condition!

Crane Eater Community Church Cemetery Information

Rules and Regulations as approved by the Church Council.

Under no circumstance should any grave preparation by a Funeral Home be executed on the property without first contacting the church.

Families do not ‘own’ the cemetery plot, they are purchasing the ‘right to internment’ with the church. They must abide by the Rules and Regulations of the cemetery in the decoration of any gravesite.

Cemetery is the property of Crane Eater Community Church and the church maintains the cemetery in perpetual care. The church welcomes families who have loved ones interred in the cemetery that would like to help offset the cost of this care by making donations for it’s upkeep can sent those donations by mail to: Crane Eater Community Church, 3168 Red Bud Road, NE, Calhoun Ga 30701.

We will use this FB page to keep the public up to date on any changes to the cemetery, any special occasions, such as clean up days, removal of old flowers, etc.

We will also use this page to reach out to family plot holders about any specific repairs they may need to make if there are walls, gravel, etc on heritage plots that were grandfathered in before the Rules and Regulations were set up.
